I can honestly say the worst after sales service ever! I love Guess products but bought a pair of wedges and wore them twice and the strap fell apart so I contacted the team about a refund. I had to send in lots of photos which was fine and then post my shoes back. It is around 5 weeks on and still nothing and if I email the customer services team they just say it has gone to a factory in Italy and contact them back in a few weeks!!! Never ever buy of the website and go to a Guess shop as honestly I have no idea when I will get my refund if ever and their products are not cheap absolutely disgusting service 😡

I return an item on August 31,2022 using their UPS label. I called on September 6 and was told they had receive the item but I had to wait until it was return to the warehouse and it would take a week. Then it would take another week to get my refund. After September 12 and no refund. I filed a complaint with the BBB on Guess. I receive two emails on September 14 stating the item was returned and my refund was processed. I called my bank on the September 16 about my refund. My bank said it did not receive any refund from Guess. It has been over two weeks and No Refund. I was going to order something g else from them but not now. I will never order from them again. I used to places like Amazon, Macy's, Belks, etc. where you receive your refund in a week.

Sent items back beginning of August, all perfect, packaged, labels on. Still not received a refund. Keep being fobbed off and the website and customer care is horrendous for this company. Avoid at all costs. I rang and spoke to a man today at 11.15am who again fobbed me off. I said I wanted to make a formal complaint and he said, thanks for your time and hung up on me.absolutely disgusting. Obviously they are receiving numerous complaints and can't be bothered dealing with them or don't have the time as there are that many.

Worst company I have ever used took forever to come and after a month now haven't received my refund just fob you off when you contacted them awful experience with them stay away

Customer service is nonexistent, the useless agents refuse to connect me to a manger! I am appalled!!!!

I have been waiting for a refund for over two months! Proof of posting has been sent at least three times but yet a refund has not been issued! This company has no regard for UK consumer laws and is happy for people to face hardship in these austere times whilst the consumer’s hard earned money sits in their account accumulating interest!

I will never buy anything from Guess again!

My wife purchased an £85 body warmer / jacket at Guess Livingston yesterday, got it home, put all her bags down and lifted the item out of the bag, Well she looked miffed to say the least as the body warmer / jackets belt Was Not on the jacket, i told her to check pockets but nothing...Phoned her daughter, she picked up item an travelled back to Livingston today, she explained to supervisor and supervisor said that the ctv would be need to be checked, well ctv checked and then joke supervisor / joke of a Manager more or less stated that my wife must have stolen the belt from the item...my step daughter stated that she was with her mother when she bought it and the belt was on the said item when it was handed over at the till for the asst to bag and take payment..she then proceeded to have a look around the till areas and low n behold the belt was there, no apology nothing the belt was handed over...No explanation at all. Step daughter brought item and belt back to my wife and as i had a look at the belt my wife put it through the loops- there's No Way at all that the belt could have fell off on its own, it would have needed to be taken off- specifically due to the type of clasp on it. Needless to say I've told my wife to never buy any of their clothing or anything else due to the disgraceful behaviour of the supervisor and manager basically saying that my wife took the belt and sent the item back to get another belt..the ctv should have shown the asst taking off the belt at the till and not putting it in the bag..ahhh but No accuse my wife of removing the belt totally disgusting behaviour from any company let alone a Once Supposedly respectable one..i will of course be leaving this same review at a few other websites to let others know of my wifes terrible treatment.

Bought a women's shoulder bag for my girlfriend at Xmas and it lasted 6 months.
Poor quality materials with the stitching coming undone and the plastic handles cracking. The price of guess products is not justified for the lack of quality. Keep away from Guess products .My girlfriends bag looks like its already 10 years old within 6 months .

Order a pair of guess trainer and a white and blue tracksuit. The trainers are ridiculously for the price I paid for and the white and blue tracksuit was ruined after its first wash as the white bits turned blueish because of the poor colouring of the blue bits. I do not recommend guess product it used to be one of the best quality clothing now it’s crap I’ll never wear guess brand again terrible experience!!
